As most English scales will not weigh less than the  equivalent amount, if you are using the metric figures in 1 oz or 25 g, the information above on yeast is  any recipe, expect a result about 8 percent smaller perhaps academic, but may be useful if you have a   than if you had used the Imperial, finely calibrated scale.

Note. All metric weights have been rounded off.  Very important: Use either metric or Imperial, do to the nearest 25 g below the actual Imperial do not mix the two in any recipe.
